Empowered (ACB) Women’s Wellness

Our program aims to improve the mental well-being of women and gender-diverse individuals within the African, Caribbean, and Black (ACB) community. Provided with training, Peer Facilitators delivered a 8-week series of interactive workshops, focusing on themes such as spirituality, unity, and self-care (including self-care as a response to the heightened anti-black racism constantly exposed to us through the media and social media).
